The Magic of Winterfest

Through the magic of Winterfest, the moment you enter Christmas Town at the Courthouse on Palafox Street, the snow begins to fall. A cup of hot chocolate and the sound of a trolley bell bring back memories of the Polar Express. The conductor calls your name: All aboard for the most wonderful journey you'll take this Christmas season.

Holiday Memory Tours


Our tours and performances light up beautiful Downtown Pensacola from Historic Seville to the Palafox Business District. Our flagship Performance Tour features 12 fun performances with your favorite holiday characters including Snoopy, Elvis, Frosty, and the Whos of Whoville on an hour-long trolley ride around downtown Pensacola. Rudolph leads his Holiday Stroll through Historic Seville past several Winterfest performances, and our special Santa's Express Tour the week before Christmas is great for young children with Santa and Rudolph along for the trolley ride.

Plaza Wonderland


All of our tours and carriage rides begin in Plaza Wonderland in front of the historic Escambia County Courthouse. Rudolph's Revue is a free song-and-dance show in the Plaza with your favorite holiday characters like Rudolph and Frosty. Stop in to see Santa Claus in his sleigh for your holiday portrait.
